The Ex-US Defense Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, Dies At The Age Of 88

Donald Rumsfeld, the pillar architect of the Iraq war who has served as the defense secretary of the US twice, died on Wednesday, July 1st, 2021, at his home in Taos of New Mexico.

In 2003, he led the US forces to invade Iraq after confirming that they had weapons for immense destruction but, there weren’t such arms. Later, in 2006, he resigned due to the fallout from the dispute.

After his death, his family stated that history knows him for all his accomplishments for six decades in this country.
